Pastor Cliff was born in Canada during his father’s service in the Air Force. One of his first memories was getting to sit in the high-back wooden chair in the toddler class at Kenosha First Assembly of God in Kenosha, WI. Cindy’s mom took her and her siblings to church every Sunday and passed on her faith.

Cliff and Cindy met in Kenosha where they both grew up. They met at a church outing in the fall of 1979. They were married in the spring of 1982 and they now have four children, two son-in-laws and have recently become grandparents.

Cliff received a call to full-time ministry while in high school. Cliff and Cindy moved back to Kenosha after Cliff graduated from North Central Bible College in Minneapolis, MN. They were active in many areas of ministry and began to help lead Children’s Church during the absence of a Children’s Pastor. Cliff was licensed in 1996 and has been ordained since 1998.

God created opportunities for Cliff and Cindy that brought them here to Victory International Fellowship in July of 1996 as the Children’s Pastor. Cliff currently serves as Associate Pastor. Cliff & Cindy’s greatest desire is to help others become Christ followers.
